Hello all,

Recently, I have noticed that the Caller ID (CID) history does not store as much as it used to. Previously, it would store up to a couple month's worth of calls. Now, it only stores back to 2 days ago. I've been searching through forums and manuals for the phone, but I can't seem to find the solution. My only thought process is since CID history placed into a temporary memory, if there are any blackouts of any sorts, the call history would be wiped out. Am I correct in assuming this assumption? That said, just by looking at my phone, I don't see it receiving power from the walls so even if there was a blackout, it shouldn't affect its temporary and permanent history. I appreciate any help on this issue.

Best Regards,

Jay Umeda

Could this be the issue? Copy/Paste from manual: "When you shut down the system, incoming history data is cleared. But you can press Speaker then #*#9 to back up the history data."
