Around here, strikers are congregating in front on some Central Offices (Winchester) but not in front of others (Belmont & Arlington). I guess it depends on if an office is manned or covered by roamers.

Still not seeing any service problems. Matter of fact, two days ago, an SUV took down a pole a few blocks from the Verizon Central Office. Verizon had the pole fully replaced by the end of the day.

Not bad for a company experiencing a work stoppage.

Sitting here in a VZB repair center tonight, our bucket is rarely this caught up when the union guys are working it. They're not sending strikers to our site any more, mostly posting them up in front of VZW stores.

I'm really curious how long this will drag out. In the meantime, I'm here if I'm not sleeping.

So sad. I was driving down a residential street and saw a Verizon truck backed into a home driveway. Across the street were two pick-up trucks and directly in front of the house two picketers. They must be following the Verizon truck and where ever it stops, they picket.

Does this make ANY sense?

It sucks to be moving a HQ this time of year....
I've got fiber and all that last mile goodness help up till when the backlog get's done.

I saw my neighbor getting Fios installed this weekend. It got dark and I still saw the ladder up against her house. I would not want someone not accustomed to be making holes in my house...
