I am having an issue with VM Pro (R9). Customer called and wanted to add a dial by name option to their after hours auto attendant. I created the modules, but when I try to connect them, the connector "line" will not stay. I have tried dropping it everywhere on the the module but no go. On an existing module I deleted a connection to see if I could re-add it, and I cannot.
I was using the VM Pro client that is installed directly on the server (Windows 7 Professional). I rebooted the server, but no change. Everything had been working just fine until now. Any ideas? Not sure what else to try.

Are you actually logged in as the VM administrator? Look at the top right title bar, see if you are offline, or suspended, or backup mode.

I was logged in as the admin on the VM server. I did not see anything indicting that I was offline, suspended, or otherwise.

An update...
I visited the customer site last week. Logged into the vm pro client that is installed on the server, and could not connect modules.
I then took my laptop and connected to the customers network and used the vm pro client on my machine. Using that, everything works/behaves normally.
My laptop is Win7 and so is the server. Server had always worked properly until now. Other than not being able to connect modules, I cannot find any other problems.
Any ideas on the issue here?
