We have no DTMF once a call with the Polycom is connected. PolyCom's site says we need to change the payload type. Has anyone ever run in to this and is there a simple way to fix it?

Had this exact issue at two sites using SV8100 PBX's. There is documentation on Polycom's website and on NECNTAC on how to access the Polycom phone using T-FTP on your laptop to change the payload settings.
I thought this was resolved by the upgraded IPLB card and was only an IPLA issue??
I found it easier to just replace the IPL-A card with an IPL-B in the 8100 system. the process of modifying the IP6000 phone was too cumbersome.
