Hello, I am wondering if anyone has had a similar issue as mine. I have a customer with an older Samsung 100 R2. The SVMI 4 stopped answering and I had to replace it with an SVMI 8. Incoming call is answered by AA and when the caller tries to reach a 3 digit ext. 50% of the time it comes back as invalid (" Sorry this is not a valid entry, please try again"). The AA will restart the greeting and will most likely let the same three digit ext. work this time. Now not every time you call for the first time does the AA not let you, sometimes it does. Any ideas??
