I have a KX-TA824 with the 3 co 8 extension expansion card installed. I have four extensions connect (1,2,3,4)
The caller id is working fine on CO lines 1-3 but not 4-6. As if the expansion card is not passing the caller id info to the extensions on the main board.
All CO's are configured for caller id, only the CO's on the main board is passing the caller id info to the extensions (also on the main board)
Any thoughts? Thank you!

There are caller id cards in the system, if lines 1-3 are working you must have 1 in slot 1. you will need a second one in slot 2 for lines 4-6 and enable them in programming
in the UK system they are small cards on the bottom left of the system

Thank you very much. Do I need to purchase a card to enable caller id for lines 4-6 or there one on the board that I just need to relocate? I'm not happy at all with Panasonic's documentation because there's no mention of this at all. I appreciate you're assistance.

If it is not installed you will need to install one. I would say you will need to buy one
