It's actually called a Phantom DN. Toshiba uses the terminology DN for Directory Number, ie.. an extension number. Your phone's primary extension number would be a primary DN.

If you want a button that dials another extension, what you would want is either a DSS key or a One touch key. You can find both of those in the Key tab in eManager.

Ok im going to try and explain my situation a little better. I have multiple extensions. Two of these EXT are 264 and 265, and need to ring when someone calls 718-xxx-4007 . I want to make them ring when someone calls that specific number in the DiD list. lets say the number in the list is 4007 (it only shows the last 4 digits of the number).

How do i set 264 and 265 to ring off that one number and not the rest of the phones?
I dont want a button that that dials another extension, i need for both phones to ring when the one number is dialed.

Thanks in advance!

The Phantoms DNs start with the key assignments. You have to put the phantom on the button of a phone.
