Hi! I have a customer that switched to ATT fiber and they installed a router and digital to analog devices. The phone system has analog trunk cards and the signal is too strong coming in which prevents the CID to work and garbles voice mail. Anyone know where to find the Analog Trunk Gain on the Avaya? I looked at all the menus and cant find it. Thanks!

Partner does not always play nice with fiber. What version Partner. And I'm not sure you can adjust it.

This topic links up with another one where everything was working except the voicemail was garbled. Did you check the on-hook voltage and off-hook current on these lines? If they are too high, you might add a resistor to the circuit and see if that helps. Also you might complain to the carrier and ask if they can adjust their device's output.

There is no gain control provided by the Partner platform. Having said that, my R7 processor has no problems with Verizon FiOS.
If the parameters of the signal from the at&t converter stray too far from Bellcore standards, the Partner may not operate as intended.

I ordered a 1 to 4db Loss Insertion Tester and will see if it helps. Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
