DX-120 analog trunks dial 9 is working for CO group 1
Trying to allow one DET phone to forward calls to cell
I have allowed ECF operation for this extension
Invoking - press Call Foward button. select ext, enter number with leading 9. then select CO group 1.
I have tried it with and without the 9. system never attempts to pickup the trunk.

You have to use CFOS for this. (Call Forwarding Outside System). It needs to be enabled in class of service. Unless the person has a large display phone I find it's easiest to program this in VMMI to a button on the phone. Press the button and wait for the timeout and CFOS will be active with the correct parameters. Press the button again to turn it off. ![[Linked Image from lh3.googleusercontent.com]](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-tcSbpZe_9MU/V0RodCf095I/AAAAAAAAKIw/2HyyLDyd6z4QzXmM1x7FUHZ_oCML5IRKwCCo/s200/CFOS.JPG)

DXP and DXP Plus, yes. Not so much (not even close) on the DX80 and DX120.

I know it does work, I used it when I had a DX-120. If memory serves me, press Call Forward, then find EXT on the options, then input the number where it is to go. Don't use any truck access codes, just input the number.
Ext CFW does need to be enabled for the extension in programming.
As another thought hit me, see the DX-80 DET phone users manual, page 42. It is detailed there Russ
