Is there away to pull the 3 digit active and inactive long distance codes that end users dial before it allows them to call long distance? We have Intertel 7.0 system and use the Taske app for reporting. Thanks,Sally

I might need to clarify this, I just need a list of the active and inactive long distance codes, I don't want to pull the out of the system or anything like that. Sally

if you havent documented it somewhere there is not really a way to get it without looking in the DB. An account code is not associated with a station per se. You define the codes then require or not require on a per station basis. The station is not tied to a specific code however. You could run a report in Taske on account codes and try to figure out what codes have been used on specific stations but that is about it.
