I just installed my first NS-700 with 22 digital and 13 NT phones (on campus fiber to new Cisco switches). The Customer is complaining about some users getting disconnected from the internet when an incoming call rings in. They have loop start CO's and the folks with the problems are on the digital series phones. They also installed new Cisco Router with the switches when the NS700 system went in. Their IT guy has been great to work with and we have eliminated any duplicate IP addresses. Just curious if anyone has ever seen this problem.

This issue was isolated to a particular cloud based program that most employees were logged into. The "virtual server" was having issues and the customer has now installed an on site version on their own server. Where is the phone guy? He's the one that caused this problem, right?
