I just installed 30 ABB speed dial entries via pcpro. If the customer wants to add additional, can they determine on their phone what speed dial bins are already in use, or is it just trial and error until they find an open bin?

With all the variables involved, I am amazed when any voice and data technology works like it is supposed to.

How about you give them a WEB Pro log in and show them how to do it.

Use the display to show you. Press [Menu]. Then press [Next] 6x. Then press [Select]. Press [Next] to go to {72:Company Speed Dial}. Then Press [Select]. You can then press [Next] to scroll through the list or enter any 3-digit entry to jump to it.
