I have been working on an issue with the voice mail to email for some time with a customer. After putting in all of the SMTP settings provided by their domain provider I still was unable to get the system to send the email. I was able to get it to work when I changed it to smart host. However this stopped leaving a copy on the Allworx so the voicemail light did not show a message on the phone. I have checked the alias for leave a copy and settings under smart host with no luck. Any suggestions would be great
