Hi guys,
Got a 2 Private trunks on a COL card that currently lock out when the caller gets to voicemail. IE they can leave a message etc. but if they hang up after it hits voicemail the line will be constantly busy until the card is reset.
Its a 3.12 Ipex System.
Any ideas?
