Don't really want to go here as a technician BUTTT sales people are interested. Has anyone had any experience with cell phone and desktop apps for the SBX? Any IT integration on a system this small seems a waste of time because problems eat up a lot of time ($$$) to resolve/maintain. Thx.

The SBX has a simple voice mail to email notification "ap". You can also get cell phone notification with message pickup. There is an ip ap called Ezphone, a virtual phone on a laptop or pc. That is about it. All these things are simple to use, not to difficult to implement, EZphone requires a license key to use.

Bad document from sales person. Looked like UCS desktop and cell app was for SBX - wasn't. It was for Summitt. We are switching to Summitt by summers end. Thx
