Can anyone help me find a manual and the username and password for a Mercom Audiolog sold through Inter-tel in the UK. With the move to Mitel we now have to go through a thirs party Mitel support desk who have to pay Verint for support and the Verint website is not accepting new subscribtions from resellers!
Any help would be appreciated.

ugh...sorry man you are in for a treat. Verint support is by far the worst that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I mean pitiful. Their product is decent IMO but I will never sell/support another one just based upon the lame support they offer. Sorry brother, not help from this angle, I just had to vent a bit.
