Hi we have an Inter Tel CS5000 phone system which has a T1/E1 ISDN 30 card with 30 Channels of ISDN 30. We are using ACD hunt groups to answer calls for specific incoming routed calls, but I want to know are we able to restrict the maximum number of callers are allowed to queue within the hunt group before returning an Engaged Tone. For example I wanted it so that only at most 2 callers are allowed to queue within the Inter Tel ACD group on top of those already on a call of which after that any new calls are receiving an an Engaged response back if they call. Is this possible? Your support would be greatly appreciated.
