I have a customer who is moving on to Shoretel. They currently have a Samsung 7200 with a SVMI-20i voicemail. I already have the database from the phone system and can view it offline using OSDM. I then backed up the voicemail and saved it as a .tgz file. This works well for a backup/restore file, but the project manager wants to view the data (mailboxes, AA's etc) either in OSDM(offline) or export it to Excel, then place it in a file for the Shoretel to program off of. Is this possible?

Can't be done.
YOu could screen shot the AA stuff, the vm mmc's will give you a list of mailbox numbers
