I have an extension on an Aspire set up for off-premise call forwarding. Is that immediate always, or does it follow the conditions set in 24-06 (fixed call forward)
Trying to set this up remotely or I would just try it and check myself.
Thanks!

Off premise call forward is immediate, when this is set by the user it will override the fixed settings.

Toolie,
I forgot to mention, when the user changes the call forward via the phone it erases some of the populated fields in the fixed call forward settings, thus if they cancel call forward it will not follow fixed settings, they either have to key it back by phone or have a tech or admin personal re-enter the data via web pro.

In this case dans, it's something I am doing remotely for them, so it won't be an issue - but I was unaware of that - so thanks again for the heads up.
