As stated above when my ext is dialed (261) it goes to a 12 digit number that i never set up. It only happened since today and im the only one with access to the emanager. I didnt change any settings.
Can someone help me set ext 261 back to going 261. Im extremely lost.
Im Using DP5022 phones on CIX670 equipment

do you have any call forwards setup on the extension 261? to cancel the call forward dial #6051 #6052 #6053 #6054 then test it again.

That worked. Thanks a lot guys. It was weird how this happened. but once i cancelled the call forward it worked. I had the call forward set for calls at night to go to a specific # but everything screwed itself up.
Im happy now tho. Again Thanks!!
