I have an Axxess running v10.

At one point we had the phones set up so that if you were on a call, it would flash on line 2 and ring a few times before going to vmail if no answered. This is not the case anymore (we moved the system) as it now rings busy and then goes to Vmail. What can I change in DB programming to fix this? Phones are 8560's.

Thank you!

Check the forward path for that specific phone and ensure that "Busy" is not checked.
