Hi all,
Do you know of a vendor that makes handsets with built-in amplifiers and volume controls that will work with a 550.4400 Standard Digital endpoint? I have a print shop with rather loud presses and the volume is just a bit too low, even at max of 8 on the phone.
Thanks, Dan

When you refer to "endpoint", are you referring to a telephone set with a standard handset? If so, Walker Equipment makes an in-line handset amplifier that works well on just about any telephone handset. HERE is a link to this product. Again, I assume that when you mentioned "endpoint" that you are referring to a physical telephone. If that's not what you have, then these units definitely will not work.

Yes, Ed...it's just a telephone with a handset. The back of mine calls it a 'standard digital terminal'
