I have a hunt group with around 20 extensions. When the HG have incoming calls ringing in and someone is trying to IC to the HG, I get a buy message and the IC on the phone don't flash. Camp on is enable in the HG. Any idea why I am getting a busy signal when incoming call are ringing in and I try to IC the HG? I verified that not all extension were on a call. The HG is set up for Linear calls.
Thanks,
Ben

I'm guessing that the hunt group rings an extension list.
Intercom calls to hunt groups behave differently, as you have seen. An intercom call will only ring on idle phones in the hunt group. A ringing phone is not idle.
A work around is create a CRA that times out to the hunt group. IC to the CRA and your call will go into queue.

DND ON, Thank you for the explanation. I tried the CRA work around, but management don't want the IC call to go into queue, they want the IC button to flash.
Thank you.

I assume you have a Axxess. I don't think. That can be done. Can't have every thing with older systems.

That's how the 5000 works as well.
