Is is possible, via Gui or other means, to change the mailbox number of an existing mailbox? We would like to retain the existing messages, greetings, ect during the move. The only thing we have been able to do so far is to create the new box, then one by one, forward the messages from the old box to the new box.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

It is easy to copy over the name and greeting if you are looking at the Stratagy desktop, but I don't know nay way to move the messages or other settings like the security code.

I asked Toshiba support one time about how to read the database and they would not share this information with me, saying it was a privacy concern (even though I have access to every voicemail in the system).

You can move the Name and greeting recordings easy enough, but not the messages.

c:\StratagyES\Database
Select the current mailbox, copy all the .vox files to the new mailbox.
