Is there a sensitivity gain for the HF/SpkrPh Microphone? The user has to talk so loud to be picked up that the receptionist doesn't need to use the intercom.

This 4-phone system is 2 years old. The inner offices can't reply HF and it also seems to be the same with the receptionist phones (yes, I should be more definite than that). Bracha posted once that one bad Speakerphone can affect others on the same run but I have each phone on its own KSU jack. I reinitialized the KSU and reset the phones but did not perform the whole system renew. My notes for any other advanced settings have disappeared.

Talked to Xblue and I'm supposed to buy replacement phones. Hummmm... Advanced settings only apply to CO Xmit/Recv and Whole System Renew.

Did XBlue say to replace all phones or 1 phone. Had similar problem a while back.
I removed sets 1 at a time till I found the bad one. Removed the bad one and the rest worked as they should. Had to get 1 replacement phone.
