I connected sv8500 to sv8300 using mg-sip 16, connection succeeded but no caller id from sv8500 to sv8300, please note that we have caller id from sv8300 to sv8500.
any idea to solve this issue?

Check your route data, especially on the 8300 for caller ID pass through.
