Extension 201 has been printed in a directory that has been distributed to customers. So who decided to use 201 without checking to see if 201 was able to be used? Or was it a printing mistake? -Hal

Printing mistake - carry over from an old directory printed when there was an extension 201! I was hoping to allow the caller to dial the digits 2-0-1 at the main greeting. Is there a way to do that seamlessly using menu branches? If not I will just change the greeting to say to reach ext 201 dial "2" and create a GOTO. Thanks everyone!

There is no way to use it. Your best bet is to do as you wrote and make a GOTO in the AA. If you had a Comm Server, you could renumber an extension, however, that feature was not available on the 128.
