When I use IPOffice Manager 9.1 to make changes in my configuration and save them to my system, no actual changes are made. For instance, if I reprogram a button to dial extension 10 instead of extension 12, and save the changes to the system, this button still rings extension 12. This happens whether I just merge the settings or even reboot the system.
I have a new IPOffice 500 v2 running Partner Edition. The phone is a Partner Euro 18D.
What is the problem?

Are you clicking on Apply at the lower right of the page after you make a change?

Yes I click on Apply on the lower right corner. Then I go to File - Save Configuration in the upper left hand corner. Then I choose merge. I also tried choosing save and reboot. Nothing works.
Maybe the write-protect tab is set to read-only on the SD card? Is that possible on the Avaya SD card?

when you reopen manager are the changes you made still in the data base ?
have you tried making another change to the ext to see if that works ?
when you go the extension can you dial ext 10 direct ?
