I have a property with 200 ICP MX controller/peripheral bays and another site with a 200 Digital. They were using universal cards to provide analog tie trunks using pairs between the buildings. After a transformer blowing up/power outage, the tie trunks are no longer working. I am not very familiar with tie trunking between PBX’s. I suspect a universal card, E&M module, DTMF receiver module, programming, etc…
Can I just use 2 LS/GS cards (one in each PBX and connect together using the pairs between buildings)?
I have looked all through the THB and Folio docs and can not find a straightforward (or any) method for setting up/programming tie lines/trunking between two PBX’s. The ARS is already programmed. The trunks are programmed in form 15. Is there anything I need to look for in circuit descriptor, COS programming…
