customer has a TD816 with TVA50 voice mail. I set up a extension to forward to outside line customer says no, needs that extension. Set up conf. thru voice mail but it cuts the volume in half and no one can hear. How can I set up a phantom extension then forward all calls to that extension to outside line.

Use an slt and might try phone company xfer. There is also xfer to out in TVA, I believe you can use phone company xfer there too. Phantoms don't fwd.

thanks I already try both forward an extension and using voice mail customer is not happy with either

Did you try cfw disconnect from carrier? This is not a conf with 2 lines. no loss.
