I have a system which has an auto greeting that allows the caller to select different departments, I created a Hunt Group 23110(HG) for these calls to be forwarded to. There are 3 extensions in the Group which is (Station)P0007. If there is no answer from the HG the calls are then recalled to a different Hunt Group. I would like to have the call ring in to the first HG for 4 rings then start to ring the second HG after the first period of time, BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO CHANGE THE TIME and it rings the first HG about 10 times before transferring to the second group

Change the hunt group recall timer to 24 seconds.
