my customer has an sts system and ext 101 display says out of the office. i used code 633 00 but still there. also tried dnd and 662. still there. in the guide out of the office isnt listed as a preset message. customer has no idea how it got there.

The code is 644 to toggle it. I suspect your customer dialed a number starting with 644 without dialing 9 or choosing a line first.
