I have a customer with a TVS50 that I haven't been to in 3+ years. The part owner of the company that knew the password has retired and they have lost all paperwork for the system. I know the well known backdoor password for the older TVS's through hyperterminal, but it doesn't seem to work. I also thought there was a way to do it with the dip switches but nothing in the manual says it will just delete the password. Only option seems to be a reinit. Any other way around this?
