Please Help... Any Mitel guy's or gal's out there know if the Mitel 200sx can be programmed to dial 911 direct from a guest room without dialing 9 first? New law takes effect Sept. 1, 2016 (Kari's Law). All business & Hotel systems must be able to dial 911 directly. Can the Mitel 200 be programmed to do this? Thanks all.

It absolutely can, through ARS and Modified Digits tables. Get a certified Mitel tech to help you, because it can effect dialing system-wide. You can program it to dial "911", and "9911" which is advisable.
