New customer called and says while on an answered call at console, calls will transfer automatically to night destination; cordless. He states the handset has some noise on it and I see in dox that console will go into night service automatically when handset is unplugged-removed. Would this (defective handset)cause a call to transfer to night destination in the middle of a call?
