Customer has a 200EL lw 19 with a PRI. What they need is to have a distinctive ring for a specific DID so they can answer appropriately. Is there way to do this. The support reps don't want to look at the phone (4025s) but hear the different ring signal. External bell or chime isn't preferred. I don't think it's possible but thought I would ask.

would changing the ring on the phone that has the Did appearance work, it can be done through the Superkey?

To be clear I plan to use multicall line appearance of the phone and it's DID to have a distinct ring across the others phones with the multicall appearance. It won't do that, I tried. I'm not sure if there is another workable solution.
