Customer wants to upgrade 7100 so they can get vmail to email on office 365. Software is on 4.46 because they have a mp10 card. I have a mp10a card I can install, but I want to retain allo f the customer database and VM info. Can i take the flash card from the Mp10 and put it in the Mp10a, or are other steps needed?

you can backup/restore the system programming via dm

the vm can be backed up and restored, BUT the mp10a uses a different codec, so you'll have to re-record all vm greetings and prompts

the files on the cards are different, and the cards are different

mp10 used a mmc+ card, current mp10a use sd card
