I need to set the CF Night for a Department to call an external number without tying up a digital set. Any way to do this?

The simple way is to set a branch ID to be an outdial. For instance, if you have an open choice under ID1, such as ID17, make ID17 an outdial. Then point your Department CF Night to that ID.
