Hi
I work for a company that supplies on hold music and we have a client with a Toshiba cix100 and they have no vendor.
The client has the admin password to access admin programming. Can any tell me the steps to enable Music on hold through the handset any info would be great.
Thanks

Programming manual Chapter 4 page 33
Google the manual.
Be aware of MOH liability issues...you can Google that also.

Shouldn't need to do any programming , just plug RCA connector into MOH port on processor

As Steve said, by default the MOH should automatically play once you plug the player into the correct 600-ohm RCA plug.
On older processors there are 3 RCA plugs on the processor. On the newer ACTU3A processors there are 2 RCA plugs. Look for the one marked MOH.
If the customer wants to verify the music is playing before putting themselves on hold, they can enter #490 01 on a nearby Toshiba phone. While idle the music should play through the speaker. To cancel enter #491.
