Hi all,

I've got an Axxess running 8.2 software and I'd like to modify the start and stop time for our system as our business day was just changed. For the life of me I can't see where to change this in database programming. Help :-). thanks.

Voice Processor/Applications/Devices. See if you have a "STAR" Applicaltion. If you do, then this is probably controlling your Day/Night schedule. Double check that your trunk(s) are pointed to this Application to see if it applies.

Hi Rhett,

Thanks for the reply. Here's what I wrote in our cheat sheet for future reference:

• Go to Voice Processor | Devices | Applications
• Double-click the listed STAR application
• Find the application described as Day Mode and double-click it
• Modify the Start and Stop times as appropriate
