Have a MFG company that has a need for ringing to the on duty supervisor after hours. Have set up CS to answer after hours and have a selector code to call to a ICD group for the Supervisor. The call is returning to the TVA after the RNA timer expires. Is there a way to transfer to that group and ring until its answered od the caller hangs up?
