I am working on a Samsung DCS compact telephone system and the Falcon phones go into a continuous ringing at times and the question I have is what do you do to stop it ? and does it effect the older 24B and 12B phones ?

You would do better posting this in the Samsung section.

I moved it to Samsung, so the post in General should bring you to Samsung now.

Do you have other types of phones?
What is shown on the display when this happens?
What lines do you have?
Do you have a VM?

It only has 4 CO lines and Falcon keysets and every so often the phones just continually ring for a few minutes and you cannot use the phones for anything else until it stops . The display just shows time and date

So when the phones ring, is it all of them or the first extension? Do they show anything on the screen when ringing aside from time and date? They're 2 line display so what shows on the first line?
