Been up all night, tried MBX to Summit 800 upgrade, can't get the Summit up so trying to go back to the MBX.
During the upgrade we lost connection to MBX. Tried everything with no luck so we defaulted it. First could not get in using no password, the old password and every combination we could come up with. R the eset unit and now can't get to web interface at all. Can ping but that is all.
Anybody awake out there, help.

If you are upgrading an existing MBX system to the Summit 800 that has function cards installed, such as a Voice Mail Interface Board (VMIB), 8/24 VoIP Interface Board (VOIB 8/24) or a T1/PRI Interface Board (PRIB). You will need to update the gateway software on the interface boards. The following is the proper procedure for upgrading the function cards of the MBX System to the Summit 800 system with the correct gateway software. It is recommended that prior to disconnecting the existing MBX system, all software upgrades to the function boards are to be done using the existing MBX system. Once the gateway software upgrades are completed on the function boards they can now be installed in to the Summit 800 system.
NOTE: Please contact Customer Service prior to the upgrading of the MBX systems to the Summit 800. Confirm the latest gateway software available.
Step 1 – Upgrade VMIB, VOIB 8/24, T1/ PRIB card using MBX
• First Upload G/W Software – System Management> File Upload
• Select [S/W Upgrade]
• Click G/W Upgrade
• Select „S/W‟ to upgrade
• Click [Select]
• Select „Board‟ to upgrade
• Click [Upgrade]
The upgraded device is reset automatically.
