NEC Said this is a known problem - anyone else experiencing this. NEC sends me a new CPU and SD Card, but still say the problem may still exist....ugh

Never heard of this and have installed a ton of these. The only time I have seen stuff like this happen is when the networking aspect is messed up and there is either a DDOS attack on it (or equivalent/conflicting ip etc), bad email addresses trying in vain to send emails and eating the processor/ram into nothingness stopping the system from working, voltage feedback, bad UPS or bad power of some kind. A LOT to check on top of that list. Never heard or seen this as a known issue.
