Customer wants to change their outbound caller ID # on a Sprint Protege MTX and telco has told them that the PBX is sending it. Anyone know where to change the outbound CID in the RMP software? I don't believe I've ever programmed this before so I'm not sure the system is even capable of it. Just looking for confirmation.

Thanks.

ICLID (Incoming Call Line Identification) is only available from Telco. You also need an "external device" attached to the CO Lines to collect the ICLID and transfer the information to the Protégé system.

Outbound Caller ID is not possible and is only available and controlled by Telco.

In programming look under C.O. Line Application/ICLID, that is the only programming available.
