Does anyone know where I can purchase the WinBba software? No I am not a dealer and I by no means am trying to take away work from anyone. I am just trying to help a small mom and pop shop with thier phones for free before they have to call in a technician. Area they are in is rural so the cost as you can imagine is expensive. They moved into an old state building so they inherited the phone system. At this point Im not much help but I'm free help.

WinDBA pretty much quit working with WinXP.

You can program the entire system via keyset programming. You could also use a terminal emulator (Hyperterminal, Putty, etc.) via the serial port, but it will be much more difficult than the keyset programming.

As was stated, much easier via the keyset.

Thanks JustBill,

I tied the following:

yes it can be done. from the progamming phone (normally 100)
keep the phone on-hook and enter the password.
press flash 40
enter the co line numbers (001 – 004, or HOLD for all incoming line) or whatever lines you want to ring.
press flexbile button 10
enter the ext number

then press the corresponding ringing options
1 for day 2 or night or 7 for all times

press flexible button 13 to make sure the programming took

*JustBill* is this what you are referring to when you say program it from keyset?

Thank you for the replies, as stated in my original post I'm not really a "phone guy". I can obviously tell something like this for you is probably super easy for you. Any chance you have a online link to manual and pg number I need to follow?
