Customer has 4.46 system defaulted for no apparent reason. Voicemail OK. The big problem is cannot connect with IT Tool anymore. Can access with IP address in web browser but only the VMAA menu. Not the Phone menu. I'm thinking starting from scratch with a new SD card and latest software.
Anyone seen this? Thank you.
