I have a customer that has a CS5000 and an EM setup. For some reason he is getting deleted messages returning as new messages almost every day. The version is 2.2 Has anyone seen this happen and if so how did you fix it?

I have the same problem happening with a system installed over 4 years ago. All of a sudden deleted messages have return periodically. I have replace the entire EVMC voicemail system including hard drive a restored the database. Can you let me know what Intertel found was the cause of your errors?? [email protected]
