DX 120 VM. Not all of the recorded names are being heard in the directory (*). Is that a "switch" that can be turned on in the Teleparameters? I see number 2604 in the Directory SetUp. Would that be the one? Ext 101 to 109 are all in the directory. The names of the other extensions are all recorded correctly, but 110, 111 and 112 are not being heard in the directory. 113 & 114 are being heard. This system was bought used by customer at least 5 years ago. I'm trying to do this remotely as I have forgotten how to get in on site with the laptop.

Dial into the voice mail and delete the mailbox via Teleparameters. Then build it new. That should fix your issue. If you have any problems give me a call Mick and I'll see if I can help.

I finally got the OK to do the programming. Easy. I used Teleparameters code to enter the last name. That was it. Did it for every MB and then had the on site tech test it. All good. Didn't even have to rebuild boxes. Thanks.
