Hi everyone, I have a system (SV8100 using UM8000 for voicemail) that I registered new IP Phones on. I associated them with extensions and I can make calls to them and use them fine except they do not send callers to their voicemail box, they just keep ringing. Any ideas?
I've checked the 741 feature for Forward on call busy, I press 1 to set for all and it then says 'NOT SET'. Maybe I'm doing that wrong I never setup new IP phones before. Thanks for any advice.

Did you get this going? If not, a few questions...
- Did you set the fixed forwarding destination for these "net new" IP phones to the VM pilot?
- Did you create the mailbox's on the UM8000 blade (separate IP) from WebPro or the PBX IP?
- Did you try calling the Pilot and then enter the station # -Result?
- Did you try tracking it in "DIM" to see what it's actually doing in the system?
I'm sure there are more ways to approach this, but just review the steps in the manual
